    How to get to the lab:

    • By public transport coming from downtown Munich:
      Take subway line U6 towards 'Garching Forschungszentrum', exit Garching Forschungszentrum. The ride takes approximately 30 min. Walk to the lab (see map below).
    • By public transport coming from Munich Airport:
      Take commuter tail ('S-Bahn') S8 towards 'Ostbahnhof', exit the train in 'Ismaning'. Switch to bus line 230 towards 'Garching Forschungszentrum', exit there. The ride takes approximately 35 minutes. Walk to the lab (see map below).
    • By bike from downtown Munich:
      Get into English Garden, head north towards Aumeister Beergarden. Follow the river Isar for approx 12 km (counting from Aumeister), exit when you see the reactor chimney to your left.
    • By car from downtown Munich:
      Get onto 'Mittlerer Ring'. Switch to Autobahn A9 towards Nürnberg. Take Exit 'Garching Nord / TUM Forschungszentrum'. Follow signs. Park where indicated on the map below. The ride on A9 takes about 8 minutes.
